  • What is on-demand printing?

    Each of our products are made on demand, meaning we wait until an order comes in to print. While we do keep stock of the majority of our products, we hold those on reserve for problems with printing or processing.

  • How long will it take for me receive my product?

    While shipping times vary depending on location, generally our orders arrive within 1-2 weeks. We are very transparent about our shipping times, if there is a delay of any kind, we alert you immediately. If you feel at all curious or worried regarding your order's delivery time, please contact us!

  • How do you calculate shipping?

    While shipping costs do vary depending on size of order, delivery speed, as well as delivery location, we offer a flat rate for shipping. Only $4.50 for any domestic US order. Shipping is displayed at checkout. Orders over $100 have free shipping.

  • What makes cold monkey stand out?

Tragically, 20% of all clothing apparel made end up in a landfill without being worn once. We are firmly against this. Using on-demand ordering, we prevent over-production.   • Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

    For moderate to smaller orders, we do. For large and bulky orders, we recommend choosing a physical address for shipment. If there are any problems regarding shipping to an address given, you may be able to collect at a local postal office. We will contact you immediately if we are alerted to any issues regarding your orders.

  • Will all of my orders come in one package?

    It depends on the order. For non-apparel items as well as hats, there may be separate packaging. This is to protect the shape of your product.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    We do! All of our packages come with a return address. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. If you would like to swap your product for another product of equal or lesser value, that is available. If you would like a full refund on your order, we ask that you contact us with your information, a picture of the product, as well as a description of the problem. We do not accept refunds after 30 days of the order arriving at shipping address.
